How to Resend the Welcome Email to Users

Who can use this feature?

Only administrators.

Do you need to resend the welcome email to a user? Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in: Access your account on the Cabify for Business website.
  2. Select 'Users': From the main menu, click on the 'Users' option.
  3. Find the User: Use the search bar to locate the user you want to resend the email to, or go to the 'Pending' section to find the user.
  4. Resend the Email: Click on the 'Resend email' button.
  5. You'll see a confirmation of the email being sent within the platform.

And that's it! The welcome email will be resent to the selected user.
