The total price shown on my invoice does not correspond to the report on the website

99% of the time, the amount shown in the reports displayed on the web platform will match the total price shown on your bill. However, very occasionally, it may vary.

This variation is because the reports shown on the web are based on your previous journeys, while the invoices are based on the receipts issued for those journeys. Therefore, if a passenger reports a problem and we issue a new travel receipt with a new value, their invoice will reflect this change, but the web report may not.

When this happens, the correct amount will always be the one shown on the invoice, so this is the one you should be aware of.
