Do I have to pay to cancel my journey?

At Cabify we know that your plans may change from time to time, so we try to give you as much flexibility as possible before charging for a cancellation.

However, please note that there are times when you do have to pay extra for a cancellation:

  • When you cancel a journey several minutes after your driver has been assigned.
  • If you cancelled a reservation too close to the start time of the journey.
